A deposit is required at the time of booking Hotel Cavalletto accepts payment by Mastercard, Visa and PagoBancomat cards, cheque, or cash up to a limit of €1,999.99 (as required by law).
Cancellation policy
If you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full Between 29 and 15 days before arrival, it will remain valid for a future stay of the same length as the cancelled one From 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained in full.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
On the day of arrival, suites and rooms are available from 2:00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate suites and rooms by 10:00 am. Is there parking or a garage? Hotel Cavalletto has a convenient free car park a few metres from the hotel and a convenient paid underground garage
How do I get to the hotel?
The hotel and the centre of Moena can only be reached from the south. If you are coming from the south of Moena, no problem: just follow the signs for the centre. If you are coming from the north, follow Strada Dolomites/SS48, which runs past the village on the left, as far as the roundabout; there, take Strada de San Pelegrino down to the valley floor, passing the large paid car park, cross the Avisio stream and turn right. After about 200 metres you will find our hotel on the left. If you have one, set Hotel Cavalletto as your destination in your sat nav or Google Maps.
Is Hotel Cavalletto pet friendly?
Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome, but pets are not allowed in the restaurant

Yes. Hotel Cavalletto is a MoenaOutdoor hotel. You can book the activity you are interested in yourself at moenaoutdoor.it, or ask reception to do it for you. You will enjoy discounts and benefits on a wide range of activities.
How does the spa work?
You can freely access the Hotel Cavalletto wellness area from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Please remember that the spa is reserved for adults only.
